Once again we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day at McCool’s Public House in Foothill Village on a perfect spring day with the temps getting up into the 60’s and as suggested our members arrived right near 11:00 am where we took our usual place back in the bar area. The terrific fare was what we have come to expect at any of the McCool’s locations, the Perfect Irish Coffee was just that and Kassie our server was a “pro”, pleasant and efficient. My sign in sheet and clipboard were conveniently left safely in the car but our usual dedicated members were there including a new Brit car fan Paul Carlsen. After brunch Jim and Kevin took off up Immigration Canyon for a drive, Paul and I being from Ogden headed north going by Eaglewood Golf Course where the show will be at on July 2nd and the route is a no-brainer that I’ll detail as that date draws near. Another beautiful day enjoying a BMCU activity.
