OMGosh! Saturday night’s Potluck Dinner & Planning Meeting was INCREDIBLE! We nearly filled the whole room! Although there were three full-sized tables set up for the food, there was hardly any space left for the plates, utensils, etc.
And food we had! Included was shrimp, salmon, baked beans, chili, lasagna, chicken salad croissants, homemade soup, chicken wings, lemon rice, and desserts to please everyone’s palate. I know I’ve not mentioned everything that was available so I apologize to those whose entre’ I missed. Bottom line: there was lots of homemade food and no one went home hungry. There was not much in the way of left overs.😁
Thanks to all who attended and thanks for your input towards this year’s event schedule. A more complete schedule will be distributed in the next few weeks. A few of the dates, to ease your curiosity are as follows: March 25 – Eureka Run, April 15 – North Ogden Divide, May 27 – Memorial Day Tour, June 17 – Field Day, Sept 23 – Alpine Loop. THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE LIST! More dates and information will be forthcoming. The next event is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, March 12; the St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the Black Sheep Bar & Grill at 1400 S. Foothill Dr., in Salt Lake City.
