With Chalk Creek in the books, its time to start looking forward to Monte Cristo.

Meet at the Speedway at 965 Beck Street in SLC at 8:30 for a 9:00 AM departure. Roger and Jill will lead the group up from SLC to Ogden where we will meet in the Fresh Market parking lot at 2044 Harrison Blvd, Ogden.
SLC group should be up by 10-ish and we’ll head up SR39 towards Monte Cristo around 10:30 or 10:45. We’ll go all the way up to the Monte Cristo Scenic Overlook (Overlook Link) and hang out for a bit, then head back down the mountain to Red Rock Taco at the turnoff to Causey Reservoir (13554 UT-39 Scenic, Huntsville). If you just want to join us for lunch at the Red Rock Taco, I would expect we’d be there by 12:30 or 1:00.
