Cache Valley Cruise-In at Logan has never been a particularly popular show for British Car owners but is always in interesting event to attend. Billed as Utah’s largest car show I think it is equaled by the Concours at Thanksgiving point. It does however feature a lot of cars we don’t normally see in the Salt Lake area, cars that venture down from Idaho. There were a few British cars, the most bizarre of which was the Mini Limo. (I hope they didn’t sacrifice two perfectly good Minis when making this absurd creation!) There was a rather small swap meet but ample variety of foods available, best of which was the pulled pork sandwich.
